pricing information, and stock status on-line, although updated 6 days per week, is subject to change without notice or obligation. Items ordered which are not in stock will be charged at the time of order and you will be notified by e-mail, phone or on your invoice of the expected delivery time.
It is recommended that you use our Advanced Search Engine to view stock status prior to ordering.
Delivery Information
Most orders over $100.00 are shipped ground UPS, prepaid at no charge to you (within the continental US, 48 states). Orders under $100.00 are shipped by UPS ground service for $8.00, unless you request an alternate method. When possible, orders are shipped from the store closest to you, and items may arrive from multiple locations in some cases. Your invoice may not be enclosed with the shipment; if this is the case, your invoice will follow by mail.
Items such as towers and large antennas are sent by truck, normally freight collect; please
contact us for more information if needed.
HRO charges actual billed freight charges, and additional handling fees for premium and non-UPS ground services. While the HRO e-mail and orders forms are checked electronically many times during the business day, premium delivery services or shipment dates cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation or refusal of orders will result in shipment fees being charged if product has already been sent

Credit Card ordering
To protect the best interests of our customers, in some cases we may call or e-mail you to confirm your order and will verify credit card information with the issuing credit card company. An e-mail acknowledgement will follow after your order is placed, typically within a few minutes. If you do not get an acknowledgement, this may be because we do not have an accurate e-mail address for you, or because of e-mail delays. Orders placed without a valid e-mail address and/or phone number will not be processed.
In the USA, if you are a new customer with HRO, orders being delivered to an address other than your billing address require that you notify your credit card company and authorize the shipment to the alternate address before we can ship your order:
Shipments requested to be delivered to locations other than your credit card billing address or use of a credit card that is not issued in your name will result in delays of your shipment until we can verify the information. It is strongly recommended you call one of our stores to order in these instances.

HRO accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex.
We also accept PayPal for on-line orders at this time.
International Customers, please note:
If you are ordering from outside of the USA or using a non-USA issued credit card, please see International ordering and shipment details
prior to ordering. Please specify, if appropriate, your voltage requirements or if you require expanded frequency coverage or options in your equipment [for example, 1750Hz tone burst]. Equipment modifications will delay shipment of your order and additional charges apply. International orders are sent by UPS. Mail Service is no longer available for international orders.
If you are a returning HRO international customer, please fax, e-mail attach [GIF/JPG] or mail us a photostat of the front and back of your credit card and a photostat of your credit card billing statement [the card number and delivery address are required, no billing detail need be copied], for security reasons. International orders are charged at time of your order; shipment cannot occur until terms of credit card use are verified, as per above.
